How can I check on my Order Status?
You will receive a confirmation of your order via e-mail. Please keep this receipt for your records and reference. Under 'My Quick Dubai' you can check the status of your order by clicking Review previous orders. If you have any subsequent questions regarding your order, please contact us at customerservice@quickdubai.com or 04-391 31 33 and refer to the receipt number on the confirmation email.
How can I verify that my online order went through?
If you saw a confirmation screen after you paid using your credit card, then your order went through. If you provided a valid e-mail address, you should also receive an order confirmation via e-mail. Under 'My Quick Dubai' you can check the status of your order by clicking Review previous orders. We can check on your order if you e-mail us with your last name and receipt number or order date.
My order went through, but I made a mistake. How can I correct it?
Please contact us immediately by telephone at 04-391 31 33 or e-mail us at customerservice@quickdubai.com. Include your last name, order number, and how you would like to change your order.
How can I find out exactly when to expect delivery of my QuickDubai order?When you proceed to check out the system will make it clear what the earliest delivery day is. You can then choose any day from that day forward. Orders made today before 2.00pm can be delivered tomorrow, orders after 2.00pm can be delivered within 48 hours. Is it safe to use my credit card on quickdubai.com?
We make every effort to ensure that your ordering information is protected while you are on our site. Our web site uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption so that your personal information cannot be read as it passes over the internet. You can tell the Secure Socket Layer encryption system is in use when a gold or blue padlock appears in the corner of your Netscape, Firefox or Microsoft browser. SSL keeps others from seeing your personal information by scrambling it so that only your Web browser, and the server of our Web site, can decipher it. In addition, your online password adds another layer of security to your guest profile. However, in the event of an unauthorized use of your credit card, notify your credit card provider or issuing bank in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. We do NOT store your credit card information for your security.
You have the option of choosing Cash on Delivery, in that case you need to be at the delivery location with the payment in cash.
Do you share my personal information?
We only share your personal information with our other offices or authorised distributors where appropriate and with other entities as described below.
Agents: from time to time we employ other companies to perform functions on our behalf including fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending customer communications, analysing data and providing customer services. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for any other purposes.
Promotional offers: if you have consented in advance we may send you information about our promotional offers and those offered by other businesses. If you no longer want to receive such information, please notify us by e-mail at customerservice@quickdubai.com
With your consent: other than as set out above, you will receive notice when information about you might go to third parties and you will have an opportunity to choose not to share your information.
What's the advantage to creating an account?
When you login with your username and password, it saves you time on the checkout process. Our system will automatically fill-in the check out form for you (except for payment information). We will occassionally send announcements and special offers to our registered customers. In the near future we plan to offer order status and order history capabilities; these features will only be available to registered customers.
Do you stock alcohol?
In accordance with the laws of our host country, we do not sell alcohol on Quick Dubai.
I want my gift to be sent the same day, can you do that?
Depending on the item we can do same day delivery. Please call or email Customer Service to confirm that we have the items in stock before you place the order.
Do you deliver outside Dubai?
We deliver to all the Emirates of the UAE. We need a 2 day notice for deliveries outside Dubai. Please note that balloons can not be delivered outside of Dubai& Sharja.
What are the delivery charges?
- Free delivery within Dubai on orders above 100 Aed.
- Standard delivery charge - 19 Aed (on orders less than 100 Aed)
- Same day delivery charge - 40 Aed
- After 7pm delivery - 50 AED
- Delivery outside of Dubai - 30 Aed (Please note that we need a 2 day notice for deliveries outside of Dubai. Unfortunately, we can not deliver Balloons outside the emirate of Dubai & Sharja)

How can I redeem my voucher?
Enter the voucher number in the redeem voucher box in "Your Basket". The amount will be deducted from your order.
